Refund and Returns policy

At the moment we operate on a no-refunds and no-returns policy. If you have an issue with a product please write to us at shop[at]geesegoose.ca and we’ll be happy to help you!

Shipping

Orders ship once a week, on Tuesdays.

We use Canada Post.

NOTE, November 2024. Due to the national CUPW strike, we will use different shipping services as long as it takes. We stand with the Canada Post workers and hope that this gets resolved amicably soon, in a way that respects the workers. Our shipping prices will be a bit higher than normal because of this. Thanks for understanding.
